The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP) has announced that EFI, a leading provider of industrial digital LED inkjet printers and inks, has joined the expanding SGP community by becoming a SGP Gold Level Patron. Based in California`s Silicon Valley, EFI develops technologies for the manufacturing of signage, packaging, textiles, ceramic tiles, and personalized documents.

EFI is sustainability-oriented and a winner of the 2013 Sustainability Recognition Award, awarded by the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) for the development of technologies that improve sustainability in print manufacturing. In addition, EFI’s LED-curing inkjet inks and EFI VUTEk 3M SuperFlex inks are GreenGuard Gold certified.

The SGP Patron program provides financial support to the organization, driving sustainability in the printing industry and providing benefits to the certified facilities. Suppliers to the printing industry are invited to participate in the SGP Patron program as silver, gold or platinum patrons.
